Hi, I’m Robby, founder of Love Land Capital.
Long before I ever imagined starting a land business, I bought a piece of land for myself. I had no idea how meaningul that decision would later become.
During one of the hardest chapters of my life – a time shaped by war, personal loss, and financial hardship – that land became my ray of light.
It did not make the difficulties disappear. But when so much around me felt uncertain, one thought remained: whatever else might change, I would still have my piece of land. Something tangible. Something that was mine. A small place in the world that could hold possibility for the future.
Even before I knew exactly what I would do with it, that land gave me a sense of safety and calm. It reminded me that I still had ground beneath my feet and room to imagine a different tomorrow. That feeling of security helped me remain hopeful and continue moving forward.
Buying that land became one of the best and most meaningful decisions I have ever made – not only because I owned a valuable asset, but because of what it gave me emotionally: stability, possibility, and a quiet sense of belonging.
My background in Chinese medicine and Eastern philosophy helped me understand this experience more deeply. In Chinese thought, the Earth element represents grounding, nourishment, stability, and our center – the place within ourselves to which we return when life pulls us in many directions.
I had understood that principle for many years through my work. But owning land allowed me to experience it in a completely personal way. The Earth was no longer only an idea or symbol. It became something real beneath my feet – a steady point in a changing world.
Love Land Capital grew from that experience. I did not create it simply because I wanted to sell land. I created it because I wanted to be of service and help others discover what owning land had given me: their own small piece of security, freedom, and hope – their own ray of light.
